2. Ganesh Festival in Pune
Culture of any community has great contribution from different festivals. Most of these festivals are enjoyed in particular time of the year, depending upon the tradition, weather, etc. Lord Ganash (GOD OF PEOPLE) has very
great respect in the minds of Indian people.
Last years’ group of 23 servas members from eight other countries enjoyed it very much. Most of the Servas Hosts families and Travellers are still in touch with each other. It is great success of Ganesh Festival 2018.
Real servas values taken place during the festival. This year Servas India is hosting again Ganesh Festival 2019 .
The programme will be from 1 st September to 6 th September in Pune city, including 2 days in rural (real India). All participants will stay and enjoy hospitality in Families, in Pune City.
The programme fees are US$ 120 or equivalent, which will have to pay on arrival. It will cover Local and outskirt visit and stays during the program. Common meetings with all participants and hosts, required transportation for special local visits. You need to pay only for your personal needs, requirements and transportation to reach to host family from arrival point.
Total No. of participants are limited to 20 nos. Only, Please communicate early to receive participant form. Others will be kept on waiting till we can manage to find more host families. Those who want to participate, please contact for further details before 7th April. (see notes – 1st step)

3. Update form on Google if required
4. Sending valid LOI
5 .Arrival and departure dates with air ticket details and passport details
