The 4th Servas Peace Forum: Organize a regional meeting

Dear Servas National Peace Secretaries worldwide,

Happy greetings to you all!!!

In 2023, Latin America meeting was organized. After this meeting, obviously, more and more members from this region showed up in various international meetings, events, youth camps.... How excited to see it happened! What's the impact of a regional meeting? How to organize it?  Let us invite the organizers of regional meetings to share their experience at Servas Peace Forum.

1. Meeting theme:  Organize a regional meeting
2. Language: English (We could arrange Spanish groups for the discussion section if the need arises.)
3. What you need to do to get involved:

(1) Introduce yourself

(2) Dress code: culture (which can present your culture)

(3) Think about the possibility of organizing a regional meeting in your country

 (Every participant has 3-5 mins to speak in a small group discussion.)

(4) Online Meeting room will open 30 mins before the meeting starts. You are welcome to have social time with other participants by regions during this section.
